## About Upservice
Upservice is a cloud-based help desk platform for customer support and internal service teams. It brings requests from email, website forms, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone support, and connected systems into one shared workspace. Teams can create and manage tickets, assign owners, set priorities and statuses, track SLA deadlines, use response templates, route requests, add internal notes, attach files, and review the full communication history.
