Upruve Reviews & Product Details

Upruve is a specialized client approval software and feedback tool built specifically for creative agencies, freelancers and studios. The platform solves the most common bottleneck in creative workflows: the chaotic, ambiguous, and time-consuming process of getting clear feedback and final sign-offs via endless email threads. Unlike traditional project management platforms or complex online proofing tools that force clients to create accounts, download apps, or remember passwords, Upruve eliminates all friction from the review process. We operate on a simple premise: if a client has to sign up to give feedback, they simply won't use the tool. How Upruve Works: Professionals upload their deliverables—whether they are images, PDFs, or URLs—and generate a secure, no-login magic link. When clients click the link, they immediately see the work in their browser. They can pin contextual comments directly onto specific parts of the file, completely removing the guesswork of "make the thing on the left bigger" emails. Most importantly, clients are prompted to make a definitive, binary decision: "Approve" or "Return with feedback." This ends the frustrating ambiguity of a client replying with a simple "looks good." For the Professional (The Agency): Upruve serves as a centralized control center for all client approvals. You can manage multiple projects, track deliverables, and monitor team activity in real time. Every comment, version history, and final sign-off is documented and traceable in one place, ensuring accountability and preventing scope creep. Key Features: - Frictionless Client Experience: Zero registration required for clients. Magic link access only. - Pinned Contextual Feedback: Clients point and click to leave precise comments directly on the creative assets. - Definitive Approvals: Force clear "Approve" or "Return with feedback" decisions to move projects forward quickly. You can also ask clients to choose from a set of options you provide. - Centralized Dashboard: Manage teams, projects, and multiple client roles from a single, organized workspace. - Audit Trail: Keep a complete history of all versions, feedback loops, and final sign-offs to protect your agency. By replacing scattered emails with a streamlined, purpose-built feedback loop, Upruve accelerates project delivery and improves agency-client relationships.
