Everything! Customer service sucks. Awful service and quality on their NCR books. Took forever to be shipped and then when I went to use them, they fell apart because they weren't binded. They only had a small glue strip so the pages all fall out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I ordered a banner for my company in hopes that it would come out great! I was very wrong. The banner was extremely pixelated and they cut off half of our logo. I talked to customer service about receiving a refund and they said they would offer a full refund. I received an email later only to say they weren't going to process the refund and instead give us $15 off our next order. AWFUL company and poorly run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The variety of products that UPrinting offers is one of the best features. Being able to download the templates for individual products takes a lot of the guesswork out of formatting and completing the projects correctly for the printing and delivery. The customer service is above average. They concern themselves with the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customer. From multi-page booklets, business cards, or custom design products with odd dimensions, they strive to meet the needs of their customers and focus on delivering quality products... from dream to concept to in-hand products. Even with the first order, the booklets arrived bundled in rubber bands, and ended up with light scuffing. Not ideal, but liveable.

We tried to order stickers from them, and currently are attempting to receive a full refund. They seem to reply only to negative public reviews, rather than emails addressing the issue. Poor customer service has been drawn out now for 8 days and with the count rising of the number of their team that I speak to, I feel more and more discouraged that they are concerned with quality. I love using Uprint for all sorts of unique products in small quantities, when needed. Rather than having to use a standard printing company, I'm able to control my graphics with an online style application. Higher quality than standard consumer printing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much I've enjoyed. I love how quickly it is to put together an order and ship. I've created last minute marketing materials that were printed in no time and ready for a work related event. If there was anything ever wrong with my order, Uprinting was contacted and sent a replacement/new order immediately at no charge. It shows how helpful and caring they are about their customers. One small thing I dislike is when ordering mailers you can’t only order them in even quantities. Sometimes I have an odd number of contacts and I have to decide to trim that list down or purchase a higher quantity option just to include everyone. Their customer service. After sending the same busienss cards to multiple people with the wrong lersonas name on it, they refuse to reconcile the issue without 47 pieces of confirmed evidence.
