**What do you like best about Upheal?**

I use Upheal to create session notes and capture session content, which is really valuable for me. I enjoy how easy it is to use, especially with its app that allows capturing sessions both physically and virtually. I appreciate the several options of different note types it offers. The software's development is ongoing and innovative, which excites me about its continued use and expansion in my practice. It's also great that it's very easy to set up with various ways of recording sessions available. Using it with my EHR systems facilitates easy transfer of notes and information.

**What do you dislike about Upheal?**

The pricing is a little high. I think over time, as more people begin to use the platform, hopefully, the pricing will be more reasonable compared to other AI tools.

**What problems is Upheal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Upheal to create session notes and capture content easily, even for virtual sessions. It's valuable for its ease of use, various note options, and integration with EHR systems for seamless information transfer. It saves me hours of time documenting. It pays for itself very quickly.

**What do you like best about Upheal?**

I really like the AI transcription feature, as well as the way it generates and automates neatly formatted therapy notes.

**What do you dislike about Upheal?**

The platform feels really progressive. That said, the developers are still working out the kinks to make it a fully functional EHR that’s comparable to SimplePractice.

**What problems is Upheal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to focus on the therapeutic relationship without worrying about documentation.
