They also have a treatment plan creator and golden thread, which is great to reduce note taking time and ensure my notes are more audit proof if that ever happens in the future. I like the customer support a lot, they respond quickly and are kind. They also take our recommendations seriously for improvements and I've seen several of my recs be enacted soon after I suggest it. The pricing is very fair, much better than other EHR's. **What do you dislike about Upheal?** It's still a new tool, so there's a few clunky pieces ongoing so far. Some workflow things are clunky, but I feel they're working on this. Nothing has been so bad that its unusable or a dealbreaker now that they have insurance billing, so I don't mind the hiccups. Also, I get time with the staff to give feedback and I believe they integrate my concerns. **What problems is Upheal solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reduces my note writing and administrative time quite a bit. I have been SO very happy with Upheal. I first started using them just for their AI note transcription service. I was so happy with it that when they launched an EHR I jumped on it. It is AI supported which has made my life as a therapist so much better. Previously, my notes were skimpy at best, and I was always weeks behind with writing them. I know I am a much better therapist because of the assistance and support that I get through the AI assistant. Also, the support team is always super responsive and helpful; they are constantly adding new features, and really listen to feedback. I cannot recommend Upheal enough! **What do you dislike about Upheal?** There's nothing to dislike. They add new features frequently. The transcriptions and note writing save me so much time and stress, and now I can even sign off as a supervisor on trainees' notes. Completing disability forms is easier with the AI assistant pulling data and drafting responses. **What do you dislike about Upheal?** I wish that superbills could be automated to go out monthly on a certain date. **Recommendations to others considering Upheal:** I recommend using the AI assistant for efficient note-taking and form completion. **What problems is Upheal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get easily stressed about notes and get very behind. Now I don't get behind and feel more on top of my charting. ### 4. I enjoy how easy it is to use, especially with its app that allows capturing sessions both physically and virtually. I appreciate the several options of different note types it offers. The software's development is ongoing and innovative, which excites me about its continued use and expansion in my practice. It's also great that it's very easy to set up with various ways of recording sessions available. Using it with my EHR systems facilitates easy transfer of notes and information. **What do you dislike about Upheal?** The pricing is a little high.
