I enjoy how easy it is to use, especially with its app that allows capturing sessions both physically and virtually. I appreciate the several options of different note types it offers. The software's development is ongoing and innovative, which excites me about its continued use and expansion in my practice. It's also great that it's very easy to set up with various ways of recording sessions available. Using it with my EHR systems facilitates easy transfer of notes and information.
