What do you dislike about UpContent? the only thing i would dislike that I came across is when creating an article in the publish section where shows who created content sometimes it doesn't tell you exactly who to give credit to or sometime when you grab an article link it has bug to where the title section the description section and the publisher section would be blank its a small bug that I recommend to fix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. The behavior you mention when manually adding a URL to your collection and seeing a number of blank fields is due to UpContent being asked by the publisher not to crawl their page. In this case, you are able to complete those fields manually and add the article you'd like to your collection. I certainly understand the additional time this requires vs other articles where we are able to pull all this information automatically. We are always working to find new ways to get you the best information on the article while also honoring the publisher's wishes. Smooth transition." 5/5 What do you like best about UpContent? I think how it is easy to add each piece of content to a specific folder. Setting up automation for the emails to go out on specific days is really nice addition. Customer support is very helpful and very quick as responding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The current tool that we were using went out of business, and once we started with UpContent, it was a smooth transition on getting everything up and learning how to use.
