There was a period of months where we experienced a lack of communication and delays in receiving leads, which was concerning. However, after learning it was due to an internal restructuring of their marketing efforts, the issue was resolved, and since then, the flow of leads has been consistent and reliable. Recommendations to others considering Upcision:

There's a lot of services out there who promise they can get on the phone for you and deliver new leads. Most of them are full of it, and you'd be wise to be skeptical about of them. Upcision delivers for us every week and they do so professionally. We have not received a single complaint from any prospect about annoying calls, bad information, poor English from the rep, etc. The entire team was very happy to meet just about any request we have had to make the project more successful. they are definitely a partner that gets it when you talk about mutual success. Upcision supplies our sales department with a consistent flow of pre-qualified, new leads. They are a valuable resource for bringing in new customers and growing our Cloud sales. What do you like best about Upcision?

The fact that they accept returns and stand by their quality. They can't guarantee a sale but if a lead has zero ideas why they are being called the refund will not be questioned. Just be mindful you have 10 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upcision?

Like any outbound shop it's not targeted ABM - Don't expect the closing rate to be higher than a Digitally acquired lead.

It's also not a good service for a ACV above 50k USD especially if your TAM is small.
