We run a few lead gen channels to keep our reps fed, and Upcision has outperformed all of them on CAC. The key is that you need to have your act together—there’s a right way to work these leads. Get your openers aligned, read the lead notes, and follow up quickly by phone, email, and text; when you do that, your cost per sale ends up head and shoulders better than running paid ads. They can also turn up the volume (I don’t know how they do it), and it actually scales. We’ve generated real revenue from their leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Upcision? The companies tend to skew a bit smaller, which is fine for us, but it’s worth knowing going in. These won’t be enterprise deals. Most of them are full of it, and you'd be wise to be skeptical about of them. Upcision delivers for us every week and they do so professionally. We have not received a single complaint from any prospect about annoying calls, bad information, poor English from the rep, etc. The entire team was very happy to meet just about any request we have had to make the project more successful. they are definitely a partner that gets it when you talk about mutual success. They can't guarantee a sale but if a lead has zero ideas why they are being called the refund will not be questioned. Just be mindful you have 10 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Upcision? Like any outbound shop it's not targeted ABM - Don't expect the closing rate to be higher than a Digitally acquired lead.
