When our franchise system was just getting started about a year ago, we needed a consistent and trackable way to manage QR codes for all of our partners. We specifically wanted dynamic QR codes so we wouldn’t have to constantly reprint materials every time something changed.

I initially asked an agency we were working with how we could implement this, and I’ll never forget their response: “What’s a dynamic QR code?” That’s when I realized it was something I’d need to take into my own hands.

That’s when I found Uniqode, and it solved the problem immediately. It gave us a simple and scalable way to create and manage dynamic QR codes across our growing franchise system. The platform was easy to set up and integrate into our workflows, which made it simple to roll out across multiple partners without any friction.

We use Uniqode regularly as part of our operations, and it’s been incredibly reliable. Being able to update destinations without reprinting codes has saved us a lot of time, money, and headaches. The tracking and management features also give us better visibility into how our QR codes are being used across our network.

Overall, Uniqode has been an essential tool for helping us maintain consistency and flexibility as our franchise system grows. I’m really glad we made the switch early on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One feature that would be really helpful would be the ability to invite additional viewers (like our franchise partners) to see analytics for their specific QR codes. Ideally, this would allow each partner to access a dashboard or page that only contains their own data. That way, I could easily share performance insights with individual partners without needing to manually pull and send reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
