Nothing really stands out as an issue; everything feels pretty straightforward. And now that it includes some AI features, it’s a no-brainer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many customization options even at lower tiers, the codes can be updated to new links without having to reprint collateral, and the analysis generated by the platform is extremely thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integrations don't always work consistently, as we had an issue with our Slack connection for months. We also had some phantom-scan issues for a period of time. The analytics tool could be improved. I'm on a low package, so I don't see those much. It would be better if analytics were available in all plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
