Uniqode has helped us streamline platform onboarding for one of our largest enterprise clients. The ease of QR code scanning has saved our client hours by removing the need to manually onboard thousands of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even with the use of Uniqode, we still have a manually step in our process that requires one of our team members to be the connector. We would love if there was more options for automation or connecting workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the most helpful component to be the ability to track usage and provide results to the team of total interactions. Plus, it's easy to make the QR codes unique so visually you can tell which one to use for different events or programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No real issues. Just wish I didn't have to separately unlock use of the Form responses if I had to pick a pain point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the user experience is very simple and streamlined, making it seamless for different teams to use. The analytics we get are useful and easy to understand, without any complex stuff. I also appreciate the deep insights it provides, such as information about which city people are scanning our products from, helping us identify potential new store locations based on demand. This information is crucial because it allows us to plan strategically for opening up a store in high-interest areas. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, enabling us to bulk create QR codes through the upload of a CSV file. Overall, the value we wanted to derive from it has been realized, and I find it beneficial for upcoming brands to leverage the power of QR codes and gain deep insights. In the plan we're on, the ability to generate custom QR codes is a bit limited. For example, we want to include some of our retail outlet branding, like an additional image or logo, in the QR codes, but that's not completely possible with the current features. Also, the pricing could be moderated a bit. It would help upcoming brands like us leverage the technology more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
