I mainly use it for merging files, converting them to DOC, and doing some editing. The interface is easy to understand and not a mess like other tools, which really saves me time. I just upload the file, convert it, and merge it. **What do you dislike about UniPDF?** Like many other tools, it has the same issue: you have to buy a subscription for advanced editing, and you have to pay extra for it. Also, it sometimes lags when editing PDFs, which is really frustrating. You’ll be in the middle of doing something, it starts lagging, and then the pages refresh automatically, wiping out all the edits and data you just entered. **What problems is UniPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves my PDF editing, merging, and other tasks. I don’t have to switch to other software for different work because everything is done in one place. It saves a lot of time and reduces frustration, and I don’t have to worry about handling my assignments and documents. ### 2. Overall, it lets me focus on getting my work done instead of wrestling with the tools, which is especially valuable when deadlines are tight and I simply need everything to work. **What do you dislike about UniPDF?** While UniPDF is very smooth for basic tasks, it can start to feel a bit limited when you need more advanced editing. Some features are locked behind paid access, and handling very large or complex files can be restrictive. As a result, things can slow down when you’re trying to work through bigger projects or more demanding workloads. **What problems is UniPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** UniPDF takes a lot of the frustration out of managing PDFs when deadlines are tight. The application itself is sleek and modern with good UI and UX. It's simple to use and fast to install on your machine. Didn't find any bloatware which is a plus point. **What do you dislike about UniPDF?** Free plan doesn't have all the features unlocked. It would have been better if some more features were there with free plan. One can only edit limited PDFs with free plan. Also batch edit feature is missing. One thing that kept on bugging me is that there is no option provided to select required files. We have to drag and drop the file manually which is really a task if you don't have a mouse with you. Also, one has to be cautious while installation and untick all the additional products which you don't require. **What problems is UniPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it frequently for editing PDFs. At times, I needed to convert some documents into a Word file format. This application used to do it in a go. After conversation, we get a number of options to edit it as per our requirements.with paid plan, batch conversation is a piece of cake with this software. ### 4. The output is very satisfactory too. The UI has many languages which are very good for multi national usage. The tool is simple and easier to format to desired format from the pdf. **What do you dislike about UniPDF?** Although a very good app to edit and format the pdfs, the editing is slightly complex. The alignment slightly goes off the line. But it can be adjusted if done properly.
