Unily has been a great partner. We're able to take advantage of the many options, features, and functionality that they offer for their internet. We love that it is easy to use, customizable within reason, and user friendly. We'd love for there to be additional customizable options for end users to take advantage of. Currently, there are offerings from Unily, but many of the customized choices are only offered at an additional SOW cost. If there were more out of the box solutions, but with some small custom options (such as icon changes, colors, etc) this would be a great enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Unily is constantly improving their platform and rolling out new features based on user feedback. There are so many great features, widgets, and integrations with other tools/software. They also have a fantastic learning site, Universe, with guides and resources for pretty much everything you'd need - as well as options to comment, ask follow up questions, and make suggestions for future developments. Our experience with Unily has been great. Teresa is a fantastic account manager. She answers or directs our questions in a timely manner, suggests functions/widgets that we could add to our site to increase engagement, and supports our goals. The best part about Unily is the support we get from our Customer Success Manager. We have formal monthly check-ins where we discuss the performance of our platform, brainstorm how to improve and explore new functionalities.
