UNENO is a German business platform that starts with invoicing. Small businesses and freelancers create quotes, invoices, reminders and cancellations in a few clicks, send them by e-mail with one click, and keep every document compliant with German requirements (§14 UStG) — including e-invoicing (XRechnung / ZUGFeRD) for public-sector and B2B customers. What's included today: - Quotes, invoices, cancellation invoices and payment reminders with a consistent, professional layout - E-invoicing: XRechnung and ZUGFeRD generation and validation - Recurring invoices for subscriptions and retainers - Customers and products/services as reusable master data - Payment tracking: partial, paid, overdue at a glance; dashboard with revenue and open items - Exports (PDF, CSV/XLSX) and a per-record change history - Multi-user workspaces (up to 5 users), English and German interface - Hosted in Germany on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure; GDPR-compliant UNENO is built as a platform: additional apps (e.g. archive, bookings, inventory) are planned and will share the same customers, products and settings — so a growing business doesn't have to switch tools later.
