"All-in-One HR Platform That Makes Daily Tasks Fast and Convenient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

What I like best about HROne is that it brings all employee-related information and HR processes into one platform. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. Having everything centralized saves time and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One area where HROne could improve is its user interface and navigation. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some options can be difficult to locate, especially for new users. Compared to other HR applications, the interface feels less intuitive, and completing certain tasks may require more clicks than necessary. A more streamlined design and improved navigation would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined HR with Built-in Compliance, Needs Better Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

HROne brings all our core HR work into one unified platform, which has greatly simplified attendance tracking, leave administration and payroll processing. We’ve cut down a lot of repetitive manual work as a result. Its embedded compliance tools and audit trails are a major plus for us, helping us protect sensitive employee data and adhere to GDPR and German labor regulations. The self-service portal lets team members submit leave applications, check payslips and update personal info independently, lightening our HR team’s daily burden. Automated alerts for contract renewals and mandatory training also keep us compliant without constant manual follow-ups, and the basic reporting functions deliver quick snapshots for our internal reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

The platform’s compliance functions aren’t fully adapted to local German labor rules. It offers little support for works council co-determination protocols, so we have to manually double-check related procedures every time. The reporting system is quite rigid too; we cannot create fully customized, audit-ready reports for GDPR and local payroll compliance, meaning we have to export raw data and reorganize it in spreadsheets. On top of that, connecting HROne with our existing payroll and time-tracking tools is cumbersome. We often need manual workarounds for data sync, which causes delays and occasional record mismatches. "Streamlined HR Management with Some Localization Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

I love HROne's unified suite of core HR functions, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee feedback surveys, all managed within a single dashboard. The role-based access controls are a lifesaver, allowing me to secure confidential payroll and employee details, reducing compliance headaches for our clients. Its privacy settings, built around Canada’s PIPEDA standards, are excellent. The customizable reporting templates save us hours each month, eliminating the need to rebuild Excel files for tailored HR summaries. Consolidating all personnel files inside HROne has helped our HR team eliminate messy disjointed Excel spreadsheets. Ready-made privacy settings aligning with Canada’s PIPEDA rules out of the box and reducing admin overhead while lowering compliance risks are really appreciated. What do you dislike about HROne?

The biggest letdown is HROne’s insufficient localization for Canada’s provincial payroll rules. It doesn’t come preloaded with Ontario and Alberta’s updated provincial tax and deduction tables, so our HR admins have to manually tweak calculation settings for every client payroll run each month. There’s also a shortage of pre-built HR forms tailored to Ontario’s employment standards, meaning we draft most leave agreements and onboarding paperwork entirely by ourselves. What’s more, it lacks direct native sync with mainstream Canadian accounting tools, leaving us stuck exporting CSV payroll files and uploading data manually into our clients’ finance systems week after week. "HRone’s Asset Module Makes Tracking and Depreciation MIS Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about HROne?

The best part of HRone is the Asset module. It helps us keep records of all our assets, and employees can also raise requests for assets. We can prepare the MIS for depreciation in one click, and it’s easy to track which asset is assigned to which employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined German Payroll Compliance with HROne"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

Working at HRBridge Deutschland GmbH Berlin, we use HROne as our core centralized HR system to manage the entire employee lifecycle. Its most impressive advantage is the well-built Germany-oriented payroll and compliance functionality. The platform is pre-calibrated to follow latest German labor regulations, it accurately applies official tax classes, calculates all mandatory social security contributions and various statutory deductions, and generates fully legally compliant local payslips effortlessly. It also facilitates official tax and social authority reporting, which drastically cuts down our monthly payroll workload and minimizes manual calculation faults and compliance risks. Apart from payroll, automated onboarding, attendance tracking and employee self-service modules greatly lighten our repetitive administrative burdens. Basic employee data import and daily routine operations are intuitive and easy for our HR team to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

The platform still falls short in deep German local scenario adaptation. It does not provide preset templates for widely used local collective bargaining agreements, so we have to manually calculate and input industry-specific allowances, shift bonuses and other customized salary supplements, which creates extra workload and potential calculation errors. In addition, setting up advanced configurations such as customized local payroll rules and GDPR-based layered employee data access permissions is quite intricate. It took our HR team a lot of time and effort to finish systematic debugging and formal deployment in the initial stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly HR Management with HROne"
4/5
What do you like best about HROne?

I like that HROne is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, not just in the software but also in the app and on the website. It makes operations like marking attendance and requesting leave very easy. Navigating through payroll reports and workforce reports is also very straightforward, making things much easier for us, especially being in HR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

I think the system where we get the reports from, like for the payroll reports, there's an issue. We couldn't find a total abstract report at one place. We have to take a workforce report from the employee details and the payroll report from the pre-payroll details, which is CTC summary. So, we end up downloading two reports and then merging them into one, which is a bit tedious, but that's okay. It will be okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich and Cost-Effective HR Tool That Keeps Teams Engaged"
5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. I’m currently using it, and one of the best things is that the team always follows trends. For example, when the India T20 World Cup was happening, they created a scorecard where you could play and get some rewards. This kind of activity makes employees feel more comfortable and motivated. Also, the recruitment portal in this tool is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

Sometimes I face issues with third-party tool integrations. For example, Google Meet and the calendar don’t work properly at times, and some hiring portals also don’t function as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HROne HRMS — Product Review Based on Usage Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HROne?

Most tasks can be automated within it. It’s easy to use, and the vendor’s support is very helpful and responsive. The product can also be customized to fit my own requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

I sometimes run into performance-related issues. Exit interview feedback also can’t be downloaded as a PDF. In addition, the bonus can’t be processed directly from the settlement dashboard, which makes the workflow less convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
