**What do you like best about Unberry?**

We've struggled to find and retain quality candidates. Many perform well in interviews but lack the skills they claimed. All candidates come with templatised CVs and mug up the answers to the most common questions, we wanted to unearth deeper insights. Unberry has been a game-changer by providing an extensive range of tests that we can send to candidates before hiring. This helps us verify their skills and save time by focusing only on those who truly meet our requirements. International standard that beats all other platforms - 5 star rating to them. We also checked for compliance, they adhere to GDPR, ISO etc and were easily okayed by procurement team.

Solid platform. Go for it without any ado.

We've experienced high turnover due to candidates exaggerating their skills in applications and interviews. Unberry helps us ensure that candidates possess the competencies they claim, reducing the need for frequent re-hiring and improving our overall hiring process efficiency. They offer ready to do integrations and lot of customisations. I love their customer support team as well, almost works like an extension to our team. Might impressed by Unberry. Highly recommended.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

Unberry is incredibly convenient and user friendly, simplifying the recruitment process.

The platform allows you to track the status of every candidate, making the selection process more effficient and organized.

Its fair, unbaised and very comprehensive assessments help in making objective hiring decisions.

You can create customized assessments tailored to the core skills required for the job.

The customer support is highly responsive, making Unberry our primary recruitment tool for the majority of our hiring needs.

There's nothing I don't like about Unberry so far to be honest. Everything is to be liked about.

**What problems is Unberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem addressed is identifying candidates who oversell their abilities in resume and video interview but lack the necessary coding skills. This solution is highly beneficail to our organisation as it help saves us time and money by ensuring we hire the right talent from the start. By accurately assessing skills upfront, we avoid the issue of imposter syndrome and the need of repeatedly source for talent, leading to a more efficient hiring process.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

I took Unberry test round as part of my campus hiring round at springworks.

Got coding questions which were clear with multiple test cases. Interface worked glitch free and I could run all test cases without any delay.

It had games also as a part of test which was just mind blowing. I could tell that they were checking our thought process to solve problem and do coding, they were not just any random game.

As a developer I am very impressed by the experience, kudos to the team who created this. I had the best experience of giving any test till now at Unberry.

**What do you dislike about Unberry?**

I had log in issue due to wrong email id, their support team immediately resolved it.

Everything else worked fine for me.

**What problems is Unberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can sense that they are making assessments very centric to the actual work a candidate needs to do on the job. They are not just checking if you can code well, but they are also checking how you use the knowledge to do problem solving, how you are communicating about the concepts. They also are the best platform for students, there's is nothing as interesting as Unberry.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

I hired for the Product Managers and Analysts using Unberry. I'd now classify there to be two eras in hiring - pre Unberry and post Unberry.

Pre Unberry Hiring:
We were heavily dependent on resumes. All resumes were mostly same as candidates used chatgpt or reverse engineered their resumes to match the JD requirements. We did not know if the people had the bent of mind, knowledge about tools, systems and process to be product manager. Honestly, I never used assessments beacuse no test can judge the qualities you needed in a PA/PM.

We were totally dependent on the interviews to discover the communication skills in spoken and written format.

We had to make each candidate go through a case study round which we were evaluating physically.

Issues:
It was a nightmare to coordinate all these dissociated and physical steps.
It was hard to standardise the hiring across multiple leads, each had their top traits to evaluate and different mechanism to evaluate.
We were spending insane amount of time of some of our best guys, because we had to spend time interviewing insane amount of candidates.

Post Unberry Hiring:
Unberry is the only tool that I found very effective to hire PMs and PAs.
We can access candidates on their engineering knowledge, product process and their knowledge not just via MCQs so much beyond that. We're using case studies, game based assessments and immersive exercise to now evaluate people as second step of screening.

The first step is just resume elimination of totally unrelated profile - then every candidate give as chance to demonstrate their knowledge and though process objectively via Unberry assessments.

I can share inputs while an Unberry assessment is creating for our roles, make the level more challenging or leser, add industry context and do so much more.

Benefits:
Assessments are very relevant to role we are hiring for.
Unberry assessments are not those simple mental maths or verbal ability type test - they  are extremely role relevant and complex, matching to what we actually want to assess.
My interviewers now spend time on highly qualified pool of candidates, with deep insights from Unberry rounds.
It's very time efficient - results are instantly generated.
They have the best support team, I hardly was stuck while setting up, onboarding is brilliant and they respond very swiftly post just a message/email.

**What do you dislike about Unberry?**

It's going good for now, let's see what happens next quarter. We are planning to extend Unberry to all non-tech roles.

**What problems is Unberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While lateral hiring, we had to manually call each candidate to verify their skills, interest and other details. Unberry assessments are helping solve the problem by letting us evaluate so much more.

We are also starting to use Unberry AI interviews now - to objectively collect feedback across interviews and make the process more efficient.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

It just took an assessment on Unberry and I realised that this is the best platform for experienced candidates till date.

Real wow factor os once you start the assessment, all the modules comes with instructions that are very detailed. Some new modules like games also have instructions, each module has timer going on and the interface is so cool and easy to use.

There were multiple types of things they did in single test - coding chanllenge, game, spoken questions, communication check and sitution based questions.

Experience for experienced candidates cannot be assessed only by coding test. Unberry is letting candidates show their potential and knowledge through multiple ways. I just loved that.

It was very engaging and simulating at the same time. I was curious and excited throughout to see what's next.

**What do you dislike about Unberry?**

I didn't expect an assessment to have such unique methods of testing candidates, like I was just amazed. It wasn't difficult but the company could have told us that it wont be just the regulatr coding test :D

**What problems is Unberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Experienced developers give same tests as freshers on all other platforms. We just give coding test.

Our knowledge to solve our work related issues like how to build applicantions for large concurrent users, how to do integrations etc are not checked.

We need more assessments that help experienced people to think and solve problems, and also a showcase the depth of their knowledge.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

In past, I assessed candidates via coding assessment and MCQ's - the standard mechanism of any coding platform! But while hiring, it would turn out that most candidates would have already practiced the common coding problems. It's like they already know the template to get hired.

Unberry helped me massively solved this problem. I can put in audio and written case studies for developers on how they applied their conceptual knowledge while also checking their communication skills.

Game based assessments also massively help check their problem solving skills, learning agility and similar stuff.

Highly recommend Unberry to all the Engineering Managers and Leaders looking to build massive teams.

I haven't come across a better platform yet - I won't complain!

Tech assessment were limited to the same coding problems till now. Unberry is helping assess candidates via new age methods and making assessments much more deep. The reports are very accurate and I can reliably use them as a base to know candidates better across various aspects. Candidate experience is also fantastic and very differentiated.

For us, Unberry is ideally for the recruitment screening stage. Unberry allow us to handle high volume of applicantions with minimal time and efforts.

Brilliant platform, very advanced vs others out there. Cost efficient vs many other platforms out there. It's only AI backed assessment out there.

**What do you dislike about Unberry?**

Till now our smallest of the concerns were addressed promptly by their team and we have been working with them for 2 years now. I will update this review if we come across any gaps.

**What problems is Unberry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using it for campus and lateral roles hiring. Screening has become so much better and naunced now. My team are interviewing 30-40% less candidate because the accuracy of result is great. Highly recommend the tool.

**What do you like best about Unberry?**

1. The first thing that stood out to me was it's ease of use. Ease of use has significantly improved the workflow. It was quite easy to integrate Unberry with our current system. They 

2. Customer support is one Unberry's best feature. They have have handholded us throughout the journey, their onboarding is brilliant and their troubleshooting times are very low. One of the best vendor support I have seen.

3. I have got great feedback from candidates for Unberry in almost every interview I have taken. It has definitely elevated our employer branding for conducting best assessment experiences the candidates have gone through (in their words).

4. Unberry offers all the features we need to carry out for evaluations including skill based, relevant and customisable assessments.

5. Our team has used it more frequently that we thought at start. We started to use it for tech hiring but found Unberry to be the only impactful tool that covers hiring for business and non tech roles as well like Sales, HR, Finance etc.
