The overall system is ultra smooth. All the peripherals are supported out of box as well as the drivers are in working condition. It is easy to integrate with server side applications such as nodeJS and Docker. The customer support is awesome as there is very large community for this operating system. It is very robust and easy to maintain. Troubleshooting is very easy using SSH. Overall our response times are reduced heavely after deploying it as server side OS. Ubuntu is my favourite Linux distro. It's was my daily driver for a long time. The best thing I like about ubuntu is, by using very less resources it gives great performance. If I were to say some disadvantages ..Unlike Windows or Mac some of the flagship application like Adobe , they don't have a Linux version of the applications. I first started using Ubuntu on my laptop with Ubuntu 18 version. It was so easy to use and light weight OS of all. I was facing many issues with windows earlier as my laptop is really slow to use then I shifted to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. After that my laptop is so fast and no lags at all. So I really recommend Ubuntu for any people who are facing laptop slowness issues. Also it's easy to shift from windows to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS without any data loss.
