Seeing real devices connected and active across the world in real time was impressive and gave us a level of validation we couldn’t achieve in-house. In addition, the dedicated project manager was excellent, highly committed, responsive, and proactive throughout the engagement. Their coordination, clear structure, and regular data collection made it easy to track progress and compare results during the testing period. Overall, Ubertesters delivered scale, speed, and real-world coverage exactly when we needed it. **What do you dislike about Ubertesters?** There wasn’t anything significant we disliked **Recommendations to others considering Ubertesters:** I would definitely recommend Ubertesters to teams that need real-world testing at scale. If your product relies on real devices, global coverage, or user behavior that can’t be reliably simulated in a lab, Ubertesters is a strong choice, especially with their “managed” model, which includes a dedicated project manager. **What problems is Ubertesters solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ubertesters helped us solve the challenge of large-scale, real-world functional testing across multiple locations and devices. We needed to validate that our mobile app was properly connected and functioning in real traffic conditions, which would have been impossible to simulate internally. Within a short timeframe, Ubertesters assembled a global team of 100 testers who installed the app on their own devices and actively used it over a two-week period. This allowed us to observe real connectivity behavior, user activity, and general battery and data consumption patterns in diverse environments. The biggest benefit for us was the ability to quickly gather reliable, comparable data at scale, with regular checkpoints every three days. It gave us confidence that the app works as intended for road users worldwide and helped us identify issues early before wider rollout. During this functional testing, we also found some important issues in our product that we need to fix. ### 2. With Ubertesters we can easily find hundreds of testers from different countries, using a huge diversity of devices. all of them are testing the applications symultaneously and very quickly we can pinpoint issues and malfunctions that otherwise would have been found after releasing to production. ### 4. It is easy to use, for both the product testing manager and the testers. As a manager, you get a clear overview, via the web dashboard, or all the projects currently being tested and you can drill down and see all the issues per built of a specific product. The manager gets a detailed report of all bugs reported with crash report, tester's details including their phone type and OS version and the description (with screenshot if taken) by the tester. A tester has to install the ubertesters app on his phone which is used to install the tested apps, it adds an icon on each tested app from which the tester can report bugs, take screen shots, draw on the screen to mark areas and more. The ability to have testers from other counties helps for Multilanguage and region testing if useful for the beta testing phase, something not easily done in-house. It works on ios and android, which is an advantage. I think this is a very useful and easy to use solution for beta testing your mobile app. **What do you dislike about Ubertesters?** Not too much to dislike about ubertesters. Crowdsourcing testers may vary in quality and new testers will take some extra time to learn the app being tested.
