What we like best is their ability to provide testers who match specific geographic, device, and testing requirements. For our project, they coordinated testers primarily in the U.S. and Guatemala, with additional coverage in Honduras, Mexico, and El Salvador. We particularly valued their ability to organize real-world payment scenarios involving testers in different countries. For example, a U.S. tester could add funds and transfer them to a Guatemala-based tester, who then completed KYC, received the funds, and used the balance to purchase Ding services. The team also coordinated physical MoneyGram testing, with Guatemala-based testers visiting local locations to test cash collection. This level of real-world coverage made the testing much more useful than simply testing the app in isolation.

Their flexibility and attention to detail across very different products. Some cycles needed straightforward functionality and exploratory testing, while others required testers to be interviewed live so we could walk them through the product, ask direct questions, and see in real time whether the value proposition and main goal of the service were clear. Every cycle came with detailed issue reports and UX questionnaires that genuinely helped us improve our UI/UX and overall user journey. Testing across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with testers from the US, Canada, and various European countries, gave us coverage we couldn't easily get on our own.

What we liked most about Ubertesters was their ability to quickly mobilize a large, truly global testing team. Seeing real devices connected and active across the world in real time was impressive and gave us a level of validation we couldn’t achieve in-house. In addition, the dedicated project manager was excellent, highly committed, responsive, and proactive throughout the engagement. Their coordination, clear structure, and regular data collection made it easy to track progress and compare results during the testing period. Overall, Ubertesters delivered scale, speed, and real-world coverage exactly when we needed it.
