The platform offers strong personalization and targeting features, which are effective for lead growth and demand campaigns. I also appreciate the useful analytics and reporting options available. The professional and helpful customer support stands out to me. It's great that we can launch faster campaigns and landing page experiences and provide engaging 'Netflix' style experiences. The deeper content discovery is a plus, along with its versatility across marketing and sales strategies. The admin experience wasn't intuitive for first-time users, and the setup time to reach value was longer than expected. Value can drop without strong content discipline, and there are long customization ceilings and timelines.
