Amazing Support, Pixel-Perfect PDF Customization, and Unbeatable Value **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Lorenzo D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026 **What do you like best about TypeFlow?** The customer support is amazing always getting a response quickly within minutes or hours The speed to generate large PDFs with hundreds of pages is extremely quick within seconds, I could not achieve this with any other competitor The UI for generating PDFs is extremely customizable up to the pixel The value is second to none when comparing to competitors, we have to create thousands of PDFs and type flow always delivers If there is not an integration or a feature is missing type flow's team is extremely receptive and usually releases upgrades adding new integrations and features **What do you dislike about TypeFlow?** It is hard to learn how to create PDFs but after learning it is great **What problems is TypeFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to create custom Pdf with large datasets sets with hundreds of pages in seconds and thousands of Pdfs a month. It reduced our PDF generation cots by more than half They are truly like having an extended PDF development team ### 2. The product has met all my needs, and whenever I’ve realized there’s something additional I need, they’ve worked it into their product roadmap quickly. Other products I tried were missing many of the features I was looking for, so Typeflow has been a game changer for me. It also integrates exceptionally well with Airtable. **What do you dislike about TypeFlow?** The user interface can be a bit overwhelming but it is constantly improving and once you start using Typeflow it becomes more intuitive. So I recommend giving it a try and messaging support if there is anything you have an issue with. **What problems is TypeFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The PDF maker built into Airtable doesn't expand well for multipage documents like an invoice that could have 1 to 100 line items. It also doesn't include anywhere near the number of features and abilities that Typeflow does, which makes it possible to make complex PDF's. ### 3. Without it, a lot of our workflows would not even be possible or infinitely more complicated. The most outstanding part is the founder Kevin himself. He is incredibly helpful, always ready to respond to support requests even on the weekends. He listens to customer feedback and implements new features extremely fast. I have never experienced such a great and personal customer support relationship as this one before. **What do you dislike about TypeFlow?** When I started using it, the functionality of the web app was quite limited, but over time that has vastly improved, and now it is much more fully fleshed out. **What problems is TypeFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** TypeFlow helps us generate contracts, invoices, pitch decks based on Airtable data and Google slides and docs. ### 4. And when we needed help, Kevin was always there to fix things or to ship new feature. **What do you dislike about TypeFlow?** There is nothing particular to say...... **What problems is TypeFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to generate a lot of documents with Airtable. Most of the solution are expensive and hard to use. In our case, we needed to generate more than 1500 documents per month and needed nested line items. And I don’t know how to code. With competitors, at this time, nested line items didn’t even exist or it’s too complex to implement. With competitor, it was 249$ to generate the volume I need. With typeflow, nested line items was already there, and it’s only 55$ per month. ### 8. I recoomend Typeflow to anyone without hestiation **What do you dislike about TypeFlow?** I have no complaints about Typeflow. Everything about it is completely positive for me. **What problems is TypeFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** PDF document production for producing "in the field" documents by our delivery operatives and subsequently invoice production.
