The notification customization could also be more flexible. Right now, the options are a bit limited for fine-tuning alerts by channel, keyword, or user role. Some team members get overwhelmed, while others miss key updates because the settings don’t let us be more precise. Smaller quality‑of‑life improvements would be: Bulk notification settings so we don’t have to adjust every channel one by one. Better snooze options—like pausing all non‑urgent alerts for an hour or during meetings. More control over how alerts are delivered (badge only, sound, pop-up, etc.). This app is quite good, but sometimes it lags too much, which forces us to close and reopen it to use it properly. I also tried to back up my chats, but that feature isn't available yet.
