I really appreciate how reliable the notifications are, so we don't miss important updates. I also value the reliable file sharing and search functions. We can quickly share documents, images, and links in the chat, and the search reliably finds what we need, which is incredibly useful for referring back to past decisions. It saves our team a lot of time and keeps context intact for quick decisions and cross-team work. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free. **What do you dislike about TWT Chat?** The notification customization could also be more flexible. Right now, the options are a bit limited for fine-tuning alerts by channel, keyword, or user role. Some team members get overwhelmed, while others miss key updates because the settings don’t let us be more precise. Smaller quality‑of‑life improvements would be: Bulk notification settings so we don’t have to adjust every channel one by one. Better snooze options—like pausing all non‑urgent alerts for an hour or during meetings. It is also lightweight, and its performance is top-notch. **What do you dislike about TWT Chat?** This app is quite good, but sometimes it lags too much, which forces us to close and reopen it to use it properly. I also tried to back up my chats, but that feature isn't available yet. I understand this is the first version, so not all features are included. Additionally, the media quality is lower compared to other applications. **What problems is TWT Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?** TWT Chat has made handling my everyday tasks much easier. While more resource-intensive applications like Slack can sometimes be slow on older laptops or with slower internet connections, TWT Chat opens instantly and sends messages without any lag.
