I like how stable, fast, and straightforward TWT Chat is for daily team communication. It loads quickly, messages send without lag, and channels are easy to organize. The interface is simple without unnecessary features, allowing us to communicate and get work done efficiently. I really appreciate how reliable the notifications are, so we don't miss important updates. I also value the reliable file sharing and search functions. We can quickly share documents, images, and links in the chat, and the search reliably finds what we need, which is incredibly useful for referring back to past decisions. It saves our team a lot of time and keeps context intact for quick decisions and cross-team work. The initial setup was straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The notification customization could also be more flexible. Right now, the options are a bit limited for fine-tuning alerts by channel, keyword, or user role. Some team members get overwhelmed, while others miss key updates because the settings don’t let us be more precise. Smaller quality‑of‑life improvements would be: Bulk notification settings so we don’t have to adjust every channel one by one. Better snooze options—like pausing all non‑urgent alerts for an hour or during meetings. More control over how alerts are delivered (badge only, sound, pop-up, etc.).
