Twin-Phone Reviews & Product Details

TwinPhone is a browser-based cloud phone for teams that call internationally. Everyone works from one shared workspace funded by a single prepaid wallet, placing calls to 145+ countries straight from a browser tab - no app, SIM, or desk phone. The account owner gets per-member analytics and role controls to keep spending and access in check. Teams that call abroad usually end up juggling personal SIMs, scattered apps, and reimbursement claims nobody wants to file. International rates are hard to predict, and there is rarely a clear record of who called where or what it cost. TwinPhone consolidates this: one wallet pays for the calls, every call is logged, and the owner sees the full picture without chasing receipts. Key capabilities: - Browser calling to 145+ countries with no app, SIM, hardware, or contract. - Per-minute billing, no connection fees, and the exact rate shown before each call connects. - US and Canada virtual numbers, toll-free included, with instant one-click provisioning, monthly rental, and cancel-anytime terms. - Receive-only inbound SMS on US/CA numbers, so OTP and verification codes land in an in-app inbox (sending and two-way texting are not supported). - A shared team wallet that funds everyone's calls, ending personal out-of-pocket spending and expense paperwork. - Per-member call analytics (caller, destination, duration, cost) with CSV export for finance. - Role-based access across Owner, Admin, and Member, an audit trail, and control over who can invite and who can spend. - Up to 100 members with no per-seat fee. Who it's for: e-commerce, logistics, and travel teams coordinating with overseas suppliers; sales, recruiting, and support agencies dialing across borders daily; and startups serving international clients.
