SOAP Reviews & Product Details

SOAP is recruitment marketing software that helps teams advertise job vacancies across Meta and TikTok, via a centralized interface. It operates through a three-step workflow: connecting an applicant tracking system or uploading job listings, syncing postings across campaigns, and launching ads with a guided campaign builder featuring audience targeting, AI-generated assets, and budget controls. A unified dashboard tracks metrics like ad spend, applicants, and cost-per-hire. SOAP handles transactions through credit card accounts where budgets are deposited. Integration with major applicant tracking systems is included, with setup taking 2–6 hours. Campaigns can launch in minutes, and a pilot month allows testing with only the ad budget as the cost.
