Tutorio Reviews & Product Details

Tutorio is a CRM built for private tutors. It replaces the spreadsheet, the paper diary and the scattered chat reminders with one place to run your teaching business. Schedule one-off and recurring lessons, including group lessons, and sync them with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Sell lesson packages and track who has paid, who owes you and how much you earned this month. Income and workload analytics show where your time and money go. New students come in through a lead pipeline with trial lessons, or book your free slots themselves through a personal booking link. Lesson and payment reminders go to students automatically via Telegram, so you no longer chase anyone by hand. Every student and parent gets their own portal with the schedule, shared materials and homework. Students hand in finished homework there, and you review it in one list. A built-in online whiteboard covers live lessons and board-based homework, and a materials library keeps your worksheets in one place. The free plan covers up to 3 students with no time limit. Pro removes the limits.
