"Remarkably Easy To Use, Very Versatile"

What do you like best about TutorCruncher?

TutorCruncher helps online teachers keep track of their students and their billing to the language school that provides the students. I love how everything is in one place. You can find a student's contact details, records of previous lessons (given, cancelled, or cancelled but chargeable), and your invoice for your pay period. Now I don't have to tediously log each and every lesson I gave when I invoice the company...whee! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TutorCruncher?

I wish there was a way for tutors to arrange their list of students according to their own preference. At present, different administrators can enter them last name first or first name first. My own list of students is fairly mixed up and makes it hard to sort. Also, while there is a way to write a lesson report under certain circumstances, I wish there was one that could be linked to a student and generated at will--for example, if a tutor needs to explain special circumstances regarding booking, billing, cancellations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TutorCruncher solving and how is that benefiting you?

My life as an independent, online teacher has gotten a lot easier since the company I contract for adopted TutorCruncher. In particular, invoicing/billing is a million times easier and faster than before, and having real-time access to where a student is in his/her course (i.e. how many lessons do we have left?) is invaluable. What do you like best about TutorCruncher?

Tutorcruncher has a great lesson scheduling tool, easy integration with stripe, and solid admin features. On the contractor side it is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TutorCruncher?

There are a number of issues with Tutorcruncher from an aesthetics and functionality perspective. I dislike the complete lack of customizability. The terms on the page are oriented for the UK and the inquiry form is not very customizable. This creates confusion on the customer side, as users consistently have issues in the payment process. Furthermore, the reports that Tutorcruncher produces are not customizable and are lacking in quality. There is no way to integrate Tutorcruncher with a database. Lastly, clients cannot purchase packages of lessons from Tutorcruncher, a major drawback and headache for our customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TutorCruncher:

Makes sense for a smaller sized tutoring business. Too many flaws for any organization that does more than 250 lesson hours/month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TutorCruncher?

Everything about this software is great am loving almost everything about it the video chats is just one great feature the sorting for matching with tutors is wonderful i also love the notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TutorCruncher?

TutorCruncher is very practical software; you can use it in the easiest way possible. It is software that tries to help your business within the educational field so that you can offer your clients (in my case students) the best possible learning.

What do you dislike about TutorCruncher?

I consider the interface something ugly and disorganized; therefore I think it is a bit difficult to get the functions that it has. The part where the payroll is located is the most disorganized and it is very stressful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course I recommend this software; it will make you achieve your business, work and educational goals. I think that this software has brought many benefits to me, to my students, to the university and to my businesses.

This software has given me the ability to improve in my field of work, education and business. Now I can not only work within a company but also as an independent giving tutorials, thanks to this software I have many extra income.

What do you like best about TutorCruncher?

It is easy to create profiles for our tutors and our families. I love the online payments, it is so easy to track hourly clients and packages. I also love the notes, online white board and video chat, and availability and sorting system for tutor matching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that we are not able to customize notes for clients, the one template for all clients, which can be tricky for us sometimes. I would like to be able to collect and sort more customized goal tracking and student data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
