TutorCruncher helps online teachers keep track of their students and their billing to the language school that provides the students. I love how everything is in one place. You can find a student's contact details, records of previous lessons (given, cancelled, or cancelled but chargeable), and your invoice for your pay period. I wish there was a way for tutors to arrange their list of students according to their own preference. At present, different administrators can enter them last name first or first name first. My own list of students is fairly mixed up and makes it hard to sort. Also, while there is a way to write a lesson report under certain circumstances, I wish there was one that could be linked to a student and generated at will--for example, if a tutor needs to explain special circumstances regarding booking, billing, cancellations, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a number of issues with Tutorcruncher from an aesthetics and functionality perspective. I dislike the complete lack of customizability. The terms on the page are oriented for the UK and the inquiry form is not very customizable. This creates confusion on the customer side, as users consistently have issues in the payment process. Furthermore, the reports that Tutorcruncher produces are not customizable and are lacking in quality. There is no way to integrate Tutorcruncher with a database. Lastly, clients cannot purchase packages of lessons from Tutorcruncher, a major drawback and headache for our customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TutorCruncher is very practical software; you can use it in the easiest way possible. It is software that tries to help your business within the educational field so that you can offer your clients (in my case students) the best possible learning.
