Tutanota has an encrypted mailbox, contacts and calendar, which is great to organize your business routine in a secure way. All data is stored encrypted on servers in Germany where strong GDRP rules apply.

The two best things I like:

EMail: What is great is that I can even send encrypted messages (and files) to others with a simple password exchange.

Thus far, I am pretty happy. The only thing that is missing right now is being able to access my calendar when offline.

But as far as I know the Tutanota team is working on offline mode and I am really excited for the feature coming to the apps. I use the iOS app quite a lot (which responds fast and is easy to navigate) and quick access to the calendar is needed - even when there is no internet connection. There is not much to dislike! The only minor annoying thing that I can think of is the "new version is available, please refresh" pop-up that shows from time to time when I check my mailbox on the browser. I use Tutanota in my laptop and mobile as well, but the notifications does not work. I have to sign in every time to check my emails. Unlike other email services, it is a bit annoying the fact of sign in every time I want to check my emails and find that does not notify me when I get an email. what makes me really like it is that it is a secure and ad-free email service that automatically encrypts all the mailbox and address book, so it offers a high level of privacy is very easy to configure and use, send encrypted messages to other users of tutanota and external users is also very easy other features offered and I love is that it does not request your phone number when you register, or log in from another computer and to finish I can say that works the same of excellent for both the application for android and IOS as in the pc. While you are working you will be sure that none of your data will be used without your authorization, the encryption is present from the first step of starting the section. It is very easy to use, it does not have any complication in sending or receiving emails. Also if you send an email to another service that is not tutanota (gmail, yahoo, etc) the email is encrypted and to open it you have to open it in a new page that is not saved in the history; This is very important to know that security is present at any time.
