I love how much time Copitrak saves me! It's so easy to use and so quick. It doesn't take up space while it's running. When I minimize it to my desktop it goes away and when I need to use it I just click on my toolbar. In three quick and easy steps, I can have my banner sheet printed and my document scanned in really quick. It's awesome! We also use it with our accounting software and although that isn't my role in the company, I've seen how it's used and it makes the process so much easier and saves so much time. There's been a couple of times the program froze or acted upon us and we had to troubleshoot and get technical help. I don't like how it doesn't offer you much information when you need help. It enables to create, organize and publish the documents in a very desegregated pattern. It promises complete security and confidentiality of data. The main disappointment in Copitrak is that it has many icons and panels which cause difficulty to navigate. Sometimes a bug person appears which makes it much slower to load. Also is not compatible with many other programs. It causes much cumbersome in upgrading. Copitrak does not provide much customer support and service as not much h information is offered when you need help. It is the best expense reporting tool that we have used in the company. We have had several options but Copitrak is undoubtedly the coolest. It has many advantages, it facilitates the coding of corporate card expenses in the same interface. It is also very easy to use for both users and administrators and that is a great thing since it facilitates all the processes. The best thing of all and what all the workers always appreciated was to decrease all the manual accounts and the errors that always appeared as a result of all this. Since we have used Copitrak we have found very few disadvantages, perhaps the only one that we have been able to notice is that it does not save the data of previous devices and it can be a problem on some occasions since it is a bit complicated to register new expenses. With HIPAA regulations and limits on the number of paper output trays available on modern copiers, Copitrak solves two major firm issues. By requiring users to log in to retrieve jobs, we no longer have protected data sitting on our copiers nor do we have people printing on top of each other's jobs. For what we use it for, Copitrak is perfect. As with most software, the success lies in the support and proactive maintenance. Our reseller offers both. We use Copitrak for copy and print cost recovery, and scan routing. It's incredible stable and reliable. There isn't much to dislike. I suppose I wish they had better integration with our copiers. Instead of being integrated into the copiers themselves, we have a terminal that stands next to the copier.
