It's so easy to use and so quick. It doesn't take up space while it's running. When I minimize it to my desktop it goes away and when I need to use it I just click on my toolbar. In three quick and easy steps, I can have my banner sheet printed and my document scanned in really quick. It's awesome! We also use it with our accounting software and although that isn't my role in the company, I've seen how it's used and it makes the process so much easier and saves so much time. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?** There's been a couple of times the program froze or acted upon us and we had to troubleshoot and get technical help. I don't like how it doesn't offer you much information when you need help. It's just a stand alone program that doesn't have much to it, but it accomplished so much. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten Copitrak:** I think this program is amazing. It saves so much time. It's so easy to just print off a routing sheet and then when you get to the printer all you have to do is put it on top of what you are scanning in and its done. It's amazing. YOu can even do more than 1 document at once. **What problems is Tungsten Copitrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've saving SO much time! Instead of me having to go to the copy room, input all of the information into the system that way I can just print off a banner sheet and just scan everything in at once. It's amazing. ### 2. It can be used for copying and printing cost recovery. It enables to create, organize and publish the documents in a very desegregated pattern. It promises complete security and confidentiality of data. Copitrak provides you with robust set of features such as scan routing and telephone activities. It also automates the document lifecycles to improve operational efficiency. It is easy to use. Client expenses can also be easily tracked by their billing ID numbers. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?** The main disappointment in Copitrak is that it has many icons and panels which cause difficulty to navigate. Sometimes a bug person appears which makes it much slower to load. Also is not compatible with many other programs. It causes much cumbersome in upgrading. Copitrak does not provide much customer support and service as not much h information is offered when you need help. Moreover it does not save the data of previous devices **What problems is Tungsten Copitrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Copitrak is a finest way of managing data and sets a balance between efficiency and effectivity. This is highly recommended app as provides an accurate view of entire business. Offers easy handling and saves a lot of time thus it should be implemented in many companies for the well being of employees. Copitrak gives clear about what billing is printable to what Clients. This multi feature tool gives users the ability to manage expense and workflow from desktop as well. ### 3. Some buttons or icons were confusing and unnecessary as well. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten Copitrak:** Definitely take some time to understand and call support if needed because having to deal with issues while trying to use it is much harder than understanding beforehand. **What problems is Tungsten Copitrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re solving the problem of overpaying for other services by just using one. We have had several options but Copitrak is undoubtedly the coolest. It has many advantages, it facilitates the coding of corporate card expenses in the same interface. It is also very easy to use for both users and administrators and that is a great thing since it facilitates all the processes. The best thing of all and what all the workers always appreciated was to decrease all the manual accounts and the errors that always appeared as a result of all this. Undoubtedly, Copitrak provided us with everything. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?** Since we have used Copitrak we have found very few disadvantages, perhaps the only one that we have been able to notice is that it does not save the data of previous devices and it can be a problem on some occasions since it is a bit complicated to register new expenses. But we know that it is something that will improve with time. By requiring users to log in to retrieve jobs, we no longer have protected data sitting on our copiers nor do we have people printing on top of each other's jobs. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?** The software is slow and clunky. We have had trouble upgrading on several occasions. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten Copitrak:** Be careful what 3rd party support you choose. As with most software, the success lies in the support and proactive maintenance. Our reseller offers both. We use Copitrak for copy and print cost recovery, and scan routing. It's incredible stable and reliable. We also love the reporting features of the system, and the ability to edit transactions via a web interface. **What do you dislike about Tungsten Copitrak?** There isn't much to dislike. I suppose I wish they had better integration with our copiers. Instead of being integrated into the copiers themselves, we have a terminal that stands next to the copier. Other than that, the system really just runs without issue. **Recommendations to others considering Tungsten Copitrak:** I was concerned with Nuance acquiring Copitrak, but this turned out to be a non-issue. Provided you have a good reseller (contact me offline if you'd like a recommendation), you'll be fine. My other advice would be to start with a few core functions, then add features/functions slowly over time. This will drive user adoption, and help users feel less overwhelmed initially. **What problems is Tungsten Copitrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better visibility into copy/print costs, with the added benefit of integration into our document management system and account system. Reporting options are plentiful and easy to customize/automate. ### 11.
