What we like most about TuMeke is how it has thoughtfully integrated all the tools we need for effective ergonomic risk assessment. It's great that these tools are continuously refined and enhanced based on real-world use and customer input. We also value TuMeke as a trusted partner from a motion capture ergonomic point of view. The experience exceeds our expectations consistently, largely due to their exceptional customer service and genuine commitment to listening to feedback, translating it into meaningful improvements. Their regular touchpoints make them feel like an extension of our own team. Plus, their quick response time, often with a turnaround of less than twenty-four hours, is outstanding. **What do you dislike about TuMeke?** Keep improving! Accommodate more features such as job rotations, multi-task/job analysis to make it easier for the users to make their process even faster than what it is right now. **What problems is TuMeke solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TuMeke for fast, ergonomic risk assessments, making our job easier and allowing us to focus on solving problems. ### 2. It's ever changing which makes sense as it evolves but it's difficult to navigate said changes when the only updates I get are verbally from my support specialist. It would be helpful to get a message when things move. For example, the getting started tutorials and guides use to be on the menu after log in and are now under resources on the home page. I did not know that so when onboarding new users, I was directing them to the wrong place. An emailed update or a We've moved redirect in the old location would have been helpful. **What problems is TuMeke solving and how is that benefiting you?** TuMeke is fast and less disruptive to production. The ability to capture work in real time without having to interrupt and measure like paper forms makes capturing the data more efficient and allows cross functional collaboration with safety pros, process engineers, safety champions on the floor, and the ergonomist. ### 3. These are normally very time consuming and challenging to perform. This tool has revolutionized the way we can perform ergo assessments and help our teams prevent injury and work efficiently. ### 4.
