Lack of communication about changes to the platform. It's ever changing which makes sense as it evolves but it's difficult to navigate said changes when the only updates I get are verbally from my support specialist. It would be helpful to get a message when things move. For example, the getting started tutorials and guides use to be on the menu after log in and are now under resources on the home page. I did not know that so when onboarding new users, I was directing them to the wrong place. An emailed update or a We've moved redirect in the old location would have been helpful.
