Since the Intenseye platform is easily accessible and user-friendly, it has become a platform that I have no difficulty in learning and using.

Automatically generated reports and dashboards helped us get a quick result in our daily analysis.

Since image processing technology is used, we do not need to supply a special camera, we can install the system with any camera whose image quality is good enough.

When assigning rules to cameras, we are asked to define an area. It would be good to have an interface where we can perform field-based analysis, we need to spend some time to determine which field is defined in which rules.

It would be nice to improve the configuration settings of the cameras, the rule called speed limit; The configuration settings we have defined do not work properly because they do not fit perfectly.

What I like best about Intenseye is its ability to continuously monitor our facility and proactively detect unsafe behaviors without the need for manual observation. The AI-powered system effectively highlights risk-prone areas, helping us focus our safety efforts where they’re needed most. The interface is also intuitive and easy to use, both on desktop and mobile. While Intenseye provides valuable insights and a solid foundation for proactive safety management, there are a few areas with room for improvement.

The technical support response times can occasionally be slower than expected, especially when urgent issues arise. Additionally, some of the AI detections may require fine-tuning to better align with our specific site conditions and workflows. Currently, the biggest challenge is to correctly detect the distance of a pedestrian from an electric manual wheelchair - unfortunately, the wheelchair operator is the reason for the distance alarm from the wheelchair he is driving (this should not be the case). The system is highly customisable so that each active safety rule you set up can be adjusted to a custom area, severity and to alert the user by notification if required.
