What I liked most about Intenseye was how it actually worked in our real environment at Lupin Limited, where safety rules are super strict because it’s pharma manufacturing. The AI picked up stuff our safety team usually missed, like people not wearing gloves or masks properly, or someone stepping too close to a restricted mixing area. It was running on top of our existing CCTV so we didn’t have to install some big new system, which honestly saved a lot of headache. The dashboards were also helpful because we could see patterns, like which shifts had more PPE issues or which area had more nearmisses. The setup was honestly a bit painful for us. Integrating it with our internal systems at Lupin took longer than expected because of all the approvals and IT security checks. Some alerts were way too sensitive at the start, like it flagged harmless movements or shadows, so we had to tune it again and again. The interface is good but sometimes feels slow when you’re reviewing a bunch of events back to back. I really like that Intenseye is an innovative solution, offering something that no one else does. It provides a safer workspace with integrated cameras into our production equipment, giving us valuable insights into what's happening on our production floor, which we couldn't normally see. I also value how the system is integrated and tied to our equipment, stopping when it recognizes unsafe acts. One thing that could be improved is the communication through meeting invites. I get a lot of emails a day, sometimes five to 10 email cancellations for meetings and then five to 10 new meetings put on my calendar. So streamlining or consolidating that would be helpful. Also, there's a lot of room for improvement in the dashboard to make it more user-friendly and effective without needing to be an expert. Since the Intenseye platform is easily accessible and user-friendly, it has become a platform that I have no difficulty in learning and using.

Since image processing technology is used, we do not need to supply a special camera, we can install the system with any camera whose image quality is good enough.

When assigning rules to cameras, we are asked to define an area. It would be good to have an interface where we can perform field-based analysis, we need to spend some time to determine which field is defined in which rules.

It would be nice to improve the configuration settings of the cameras, the rule called speed limit; The configuration settings we have defined do not work properly because they do not fit perfectly.

Additionally, some of the AI detections may require fine-tuning to better align with our specific site conditions and workflows. Currently, the biggest challenge is to correctly detect the distance of a pedestrian from an electric manual wheelchair - unfortunately, the wheelchair operator is the reason for the distance alarm from the wheelchair he is driving (this should not be the case).
