## About TryOn Virtual
TryOn Virtual is a virtual try-on platform that lets online shoppers see products on themselves before they buy — reducing purchase hesitation, cutting returns, and lifting conversion for e-commerce merchants. It runs two complementary try-on engines in one widget. Real-time AR uses the shopper's camera to render eyewear and watches live on their face or wrist with accurate fit and positioning. AI Photo Swap generates a realistic try-on from a shopper's uploaded photo for any product category — clothing, jewelry, shoes, and more — in roughly twenty seconds. Together they cover the full catalog, not just one product type. TryOn Virtual is built privacy-first: the camera experience runs client-side on the shopper's device, with no video recording and no biometric data collection. Saved looks are stored only in the shopper's own browser. This removes the privacy and compliance friction that keeps many merchants from adopting AR try-on. For merchants, setup is intentionally light. Two small snippets embed the widget on any product page, and it works across Shopify (one-click app), WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and custom storefronts. Existing product photos are enough — TryOn Virtual converts them into 3D models for AR, or you can upload your own GLB/GLTF files. A merchant panel provides analytics, asset management, and branding controls, and every plan includes the full product experience; higher tiers raise usage limits rather than unlocking features. TryOn Virtual is built by Dimenso, based in Dubai.

**What do you like best about TryOn Virtual?**

The platform has a good UI and supports all the needs I have. It comes with a solid onboarding and integration process. I’ve used the Shopify app they provided, and the AI and automated generation are very satisfying and work every time. I did have a few problems with the model, and their support resolved them quickly and got everything done on time.

**What do you dislike about TryOn Virtual?**

I’m not sure whether this is their issue or mine, but usage is still low. Conversions on my site have improved, but not in any meaningful way.

**What problems is TryOn Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve used their product to let my customers see the product before they buy it. We’re still getting conversions on the website, but overall engagement has improved.
