Trustivo Reviews & Product Details

Trustivo is a comprehensive review management platform designed to help businesses automate the collection, monitoring, and response to customer reviews across multiple platforms. By streamlining these processes, Trustivo enables businesses to enhance their online reputation, improve search engine visibility, and build stronger customer trust. One of Trustivo's core features is its automated review request system. After a customer interaction, the platform sends personalized review invitations via SMS and email, eliminating the need for manual follow-ups. If a customer doesn't respond initially, Trustivo schedules timely reminders to encourage feedback, ensuring a steady influx of reviews without additional effort from the business. The platform supports integration with over 70 review platforms, including Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, and Yelp. This wide-ranging compatibility allows businesses to consolidate reviews from various sources into a single, user-friendly dashboard. Within this centralized interface, users can monitor incoming reviews in real-time, track overall ratings, and compare their performance against competitors. To assist in managing customer feedback efficiently, Trustivo offers AI-generated draft responses for Google reviews. These drafts are tailored to reflect the business's tone and style, allowing for quick approvals and timely replies. This feature ensures that businesses can maintain active engagement with their customers without dedicating extensive time to crafting individual responses. Trustivo also provides tools for tracking local search rankings and Google Maps performance. By analyzing where a business appears in search results and how it compares to competitors, the platform offers valuable insights that can inform marketing strategies and operational improvements. Designed with scalability in mind, Trustivo accommodates businesses with multiple locations. Each location can have customized templates and review destinations, all managed under a single login. This structure simplifies the oversight of various branches or franchises, ensuring consistency in reputation management efforts. Additional features include: - Proven message templates: Professionally crafted templates ready for immediate use. - Optimal timing: Review requests are sent during customers' active hours to increase response rates. - Bulk uploads: Businesses can import extensive customer lists via CSV files for efficient processing. - API and Zapier integration: Seamless connection with existing systems and workflows. - Automatic opt-outs: Management of unsubscribe requests and STOP replies to maintain compliance. - Platform flexibility: Ability to direct customers to preferred review platforms and request support for new ones as needed. - Tone customization: AI-generated replies that align with the business's unique voice. Trustivo's pricing model is straightforward and transparent. The platform offers a single plan at $99 per location per month, encompassing all features without tiered limitations or hidden fees.
