Needs more work to be truly user-friendly **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024 **What do you like best about Evolve?** The TDS Support Team is very responsive and extremely willing to offer their assistance beyond simply failures and errors. **What do you dislike about Evolve?** Evolve v3 offers a bare-bones interface and little to nothing in the way of error-handling or reporting, nor does it provide a "dashboard" for a snapshot view of progress. This may be addressed in v4, but we are still waiting to get hands-on with that. **What problems is Evolve solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite challenges with Evolve, we are still hoping to realize a superior experience with processing and migration of Lotus Notes-based archive data. Additionally, it allows us to perform our due diligence in offering alternative solutions when options are limited. ### 2.
