What do you like best about TrustAnalytica?

We were using v12software before for webchat, but later when we had a demo with Brad we really liked Trustanalytica over v12. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustAnalytica?

We had an experience once when our services for down for 30 minutes for planned maintenance since we recently signed up for some odd reason we didn't received any update for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
