MH Mark H. 2/10/2026 More Options - "Seamless CRM for Tax Practices" 5/5 What do you like best about Truss? I like that Truss is full of features, but it's also not overwhelming. I value that it's connected to my email, allowing me to send information request lists and deliver tax returns very seamlessly. The integration with Drake Tech software is a large help, and I'm really pleased that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Truss? The only thing that I'm noticing now is that the workpaper functionality isn't working exactly as I would like it, but they are working on it and it has improved from last year.
