The editing experience on TruePeer.ai is terrible. You can't keep scripts and video in sync, and every minor adjustment breaks the timing. It’s honestly the most time-consuming editing process I’ve ever used. I’ve never once asked for a refund from a SaaS platform, but this was so bad that I had no choice. Avoid it unless you enjoy wasting time. Support kept giving me "workarounds" as opposed to fixes or an acknowledgement of the platforms underlying issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Trupeer to create documentation and training materials, and I really like everything about it. The translation feature works very well for me, especially since in Belgium we work in three languages. It was very easy to produce versions in three different languages using Trupeer. Some restrictions for the plans are sometimes too restrictive. For our usage, two custom voices because there are not much voices, for example, in Dutch we only have one voice that sounds with the accent of the Netherlands and not Flemish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
