It's simple to use and doesn't take a lot of training to get comfortable with the program. This ease of use allows us to quickly add or modify schedules. Setting up new calendars is pretty simple too, which speaks to its intuitive and user-friendly design. **What do you dislike about Trumba?** The one issue that I have sometimes is when there's a conflict on the schedule, and it's hidden in some other type of calendar that I can't see or don't have access to, but it's affecting the calendar that I work on. Allowing when there is a conflict when trying to add something to a calendar that conflicts with a different time. That something's already scheduled, if there is a way to identify where the conflict is. On another calendar. Easy for attendees to view and register. Customizable email reminders are helpful. **What do you dislike about Trumba?** Don't like that we can't do a mass check-in for events. Would prefer to have a QR code for check in rather than having to check in each attendee individually in the system. **What problems is Trumba solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to fit into a campus-wide platform that doesn't serve our needs. We can list the events we want to on different calendars. Very easy. Our website, portal, LMS, and mobile app all pull the calendar content and it helps keep everything in sync. **What do you dislike about Trumba?** None that I know of. We use it a lot and love it. **What problems is Trumba solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Trumba as a university-wide event calendar and people love the features. We use it for not only activities and events, but academic calendar information, and course related events that students can attend. It saves all of the event logistics so you can easily copy and create a new event in just a matter of seconds! **What do you dislike about Trumba?** The only item that I dislike is that the platform looks somewhat outdated. It does not look very tech savy or innovated but still gets the job done **What problems is Trumba solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the problem of marketing for my students and our events.
