**What do you like best about TrueX by Infillion?**

true[X] doesn't charge for an impression unless the consumer actually engages with the ad itself. Because of this engagement, I feel much more secure that the audience I'm trying to reach is actually leaving with a real sense of the product, rather than just a quick reminder that it exists.

**What do you dislike about TrueX by Infillion?**

There are ways to exit out of the ad, so some of the intended audience may not be included in the impression count. This is positive because those consumers didn't directly interact with the ad, but does leave potentials for additional impressions on the table.

**Recommendations to others considering TrueX by Infillion:**

This is a higher CPM option, but provides lots of impressions and guaranteed engagement with key consumers (you only pay for impressions where there is actual engagement).

**What problems is TrueX by Infillion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

true[X] products give us better confidence that our desired audience and consumer subsets are actually being impacted by our advertising because they are required to engage with the ad rather than just being able to ignore it without a real impression.

It provides the best advertising experience for customers. It's pioneered the engagement-based ad model. It is also the best ad platform for quality content and is a leading engagement advertising platform

Unlike dislikes, Truex helps maximize brand lift with the best creative strategies. It also helps in reaching customers at all stages of the purchase funnel through interactivity

It helps in reducing consumers ad loads across desktop, mobile, and connected TV by engaging with a high-quality non-interruptive experience that respects time & attention

The application gives a real sense of the impressions and product reach. The feature of not being charged unless the enagament with customers allows it to be different.

The idea of giving the cosnumers an option of interacting with the ad allows us(the users) to gain real insights into the engagements. This is indeed helpful to plan the marketing.

It gives better insights about customers and impact of each ad. This has allows us to plan accordingly.

**What do you like best about TrueX by Infillion?**

true[x] is an awesome publishing platform that makes it easy for content creators like me to get my material out there for a wide variety of people to see. It's fast, efficient and honestly fun to use!

**What do you dislike about TrueX by Infillion?**

It's not always the best platform for my personal niche in marketing, which is heavily centered on creative narratives and fictional works. However, it still opens me up to new audiences.

**What problems is TrueX by Infillion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

true[x] helps me broaden my target demographic so that my content reaches more people than I would have considered marketing to on my own. It's easier for me to reach more potential clients at a time.

**What do you like best about TrueX by Infillion?**

TrueX has a solid and easy to use interface.  Campaign trafficking is truly simple and delivery is usually easily achieved due to the large number of high inventory sources which their business development team has acquired.  Client service liaisons are extremely responsive and nimble at accommodating special business needs.  Reporting is simple but effective.  My direct reports would often say "why isn't OUR reporting simple like TrueX."  We used TrueX 100% for video distribution and it was extremely easy to get set up and to make our offers look slick and integrated on all publishers/inventory types.

**What do you dislike about TrueX by Infillion?**

There is a stigma (at least in the video advertising industry) which lumps TrueX inventory into the undesirable category of "social gaming."  My team was often unable to use TrueX on campaigns because advertisers and sales reps would specifically deny the use of any Value Exchange inventory assuming that it would end up displaying their ads in front of casual gamers who just wanted to get a few game coins in exchange for barely watching the content of the video.  I think this stigma is unfair and unwarranted, but it made using TrueX the flash point for difficult conversations within our organization.

**Recommendations to others considering TrueX by Infillion:**

To others using TrueX, I would recommend that they consider strongly the way that they will position the inventory to their stake-holders.  This inventory has incredible value, but it has been black-listed by many advertisers because of knee-jerk reactions to social gaming value-exchange.  This is NOT inventory which can simply be plugged into existing inventory.  It has to stand alone with it's own value prop, pricing, etc.

**What problems is TrueX by Infillion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is notoriously hard to get users to CHOOSE to watch advertising content.  Many advertisers wish to gain the benefit of organic choice at similar lower prices to those they would pay for in-stream video or display advertising.  TrueX allowed us to bridge the gap between that demand for low prices and the desire for choice based inventory.
