As an IT developer it is pretty easy to develop complex IT workflow. Many out of the box workflows which can be easily dragged and dropped on the canvas for developing the required integration.

Like most of the RPA tools now a days management expecting a user friendly tool which anybody can develop their workflow. No GUI based automation.

XSLT is very basic does not have any its own modules for any internal execution, recently they have introduced XSLT2.0 as an utility for executing XSLT2.0.

A factor that I dislike is latency. Loading for some seconds to switch between servers.

I also hate the search option in it. I can only search one device at a time. Instead, many legacy tools have the option to search many devices at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

*Its easy to integrate with other BMC tools like TSA, Remedy,BNA etc if you you have such tools on board.
