Truepic’s platform has proven highly adaptable to our needs in agriculture and lending. Whether we’re verifying the condition of a tractor, confirming herd counts, or documenting fencing and pasture improvements, the system adjusts to the unique demands of rural operations. It’s not a generic solution; instead, it accommodates the specific realities we face in this sector.
Security and authenticity are central to the experience. Each inspection photo is verified at the moment it’s taken, capturing location, time, and device details. This eliminates concerns about recycled or altered images, which is especially important when making decisions about loan disbursements or collateral verification.
The support we’ve received has been outstanding. Our Customer Success Manager is always quick to respond, proactive in recommending workflow improvements, and genuinely committed to ensuring the platform works for us. This level of engagement makes the relationship feel more like a partnership than a typical vendor arrangement.
We’ve also seen significant cost savings. The expenses we once incurred for travel and staff time during in-person inspections have been greatly reduced, making the return on investment clear and tangible.
