## About Truckrs.io: Fleet Books
Truckrs.io: Fleet Books is bookkeeping and back-office software for owner-operators and small trucking fleets, built by a fleet owner. Photograph a rate confirmation, fuel receipt, repair invoice, or factoring advance and it reads the document and books it against the right truck, driver, and load, removing manual data entry. Per-truck profit and loss shows revenue, costs, loaded miles, rate per mile, and fuel economy, so you can see which trucks earn and which lose money instead of relying on an average. Driver and dispatcher settlements support percentage, per-mile, flat-rate, and salary pay, and are built from the factoring funded date rather than the delivery date, so you never pay out money you have not been paid. Fuel is captured by state for IFTA. Contractor and W-2 classification is tracked for 1099 reporting. Drivers, dispatchers, and truck owners each get their own limited view, and each fleet's data is isolated. Fully available in English and Spanish.
