It takes virtual events to a whole new level and enables actual, meaningful conversation between participants. One of our event hosts captured it perfectly when she described it as "it feels like you're walking into a bustling live event -- the energy and atmosphere is palpable as people move between groups chatting and mingling. It's as close as you get to the feeling and engagement of being together in-person". Also, the support from the Lobby team can't be beat! They care and they're with you every step of the way. **What do you dislike about TriplePlay?** Nothing! Looking forward to seeing how the platform evolves and grows. **What problems is TriplePlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability for event attendees to feel part of a virtual event and like they can actually interact rather than just watching a screen. It invites people to really be part of an event rather than just watch from the outside. ### 2. There is of course nothing that can replace in-person, but TriplePlay nailed the balance between simple/intuitive interface (so easy to log in) with fun/exciting features and games (I'm sure games library will only grow). Small details that take little time (like your horoscope or favorite tv show) add up. **What do you dislike about TriplePlay?** It would be great to enlarge the size of the screen when screensharing so others can see it easier (or give option for participants to expand as needed). I'm also excited to see more games! **What problems is TriplePlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team culture with remote/hybrid working. Helping teams get to know each other and build deeper, authentic relationships that are normally very difficult to do on a regular video call (requires lots of energy to structure an agenda and prepare online "happy hours" or team socials that are frankly never that fun)... The novelty gets people's attention. It's easy to jump in through the link. And the off the shelf games, GIFs, and features sprinkled throughout make the time fly by. ### 3. The games portion of TriplePlay is also a really great dynamic for new members. Genuinely! **What do you dislike about TriplePlay?** I feel like more information around how it can best be used in an organization would be helpful -- almost like 'coaching' around how TriplePlay can work for an organization. **Recommendations to others considering TriplePlay:** Werewolf is super fun haha **What problems is TriplePlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team onboarding experiences are great now. This has been an awesome experience for 3 of our new hires. This is particularly great as we are hybrid+remote. Genuinely has taken the social onboarding process from a 2 to a 10. ### 4. At GEMINI, we love playing trivia together and interacting with members of our team that we don't get to work with on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about TriplePlay?** We wish that TriplePlay had another team-wide game in addition to trivia so that we could play together as a team more often. **Recommendations to others considering TriplePlay:** Go for it! **What problems is TriplePlay solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, TriplePlay has been great in encouraging attendance to happy hours again because team members are impressed by the novelty of the platform, and they enjoy exploring its functionality. We also like how TriplePlay has limits on the number of people allowed in a hangout - this ensures that gatherings stay small and fun. ### 5.
