What do you like best about TrendAI Vision One - Endpoint Security?

I like that I have their SaaS option included with my license, this makes it easy to have coverage outside my building without any extra configuration.

I also like that I do not need to have a server with that license and then maintain all the updates and hotfixes for the trend software.

It's all on their end and they take care of all updates and hotfixes.

The Mac service is much better and is actually functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrendAI Vision One - Endpoint Security?

It is complex to navigate from Apex Central to Apex One servers, which seems very disjointed and confusing. I hope that they change this in the near future... but I am not holding my breath. Also that there are parts that are not the best. I would like USB control and serialization and also the tracking of endpoint issues is a little lacking or just am not sure how they specifically do it.

I am pretty sure endpoint encryption is not able to work from the cloud and you still have to set up something local, and that I hope will change in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the beginning of the year we were attacked by a ransomware and having the antivirus was not enough to stop it, the Trend Micro team was working with us hand in hand and among the suggestions they gave us, was that all the Microsoft licensing was in the last version of the installed updates, the response times were slow so that to gain time it had to format a lot of pcs. I love using this product. It is easy to load on machines no matter the OS. It is easy to upgrade thru AD and push out to all machines on our network. We have been using this product since we started using computers for day to day work (we were using terminals).
