The GUI may be a little difficult to navigate. For instance, locating the excepts list for files and folders. I am the primary administrator that uses the product so no biggie for me, but non-regular users on my team, they almost always have a little trouble navigating higher level options. We have been a long time customer of Trend Micro. My overall satisfaction is wonderful. It is an awesome product. Trend Micro Apex One is being used on all endpoints in our School District. We have great response time from the Trend Engineers from troubleshooting to pro-active preventive maintenance. At any point if we had a question, support is ready to advise and make the proper adjustments to our environment. Our account managers are great. We have weekly meetings with them. They are very responsive on our needs and easy to work with. They are always willing to inform us of new threats as well as educate us on new developing technologies to combat the ransom/virus threats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trend Micro is a perfect endpoint security which we are using in our company. These days, hackers and viruses affect a lot, so we are using Trend Micro as an antivirus or anti-malware software, which also protects your Outlook or Exchange server from spam emails. Trend Micro is always running in the background and is the best software for protection against viruses. It also protects user data and informs us if anything is infected. It also helps us to delete them automatically. In our organization, all user laptops or even desktops are fully equipped with the Trend Micro client. It is a very light memory solution, so it does not take much memory. It is very easy to deploy and easy to configure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
