I love that this is a software built for aggregates based companies that has the ability to accommodate more. In our industry it seems like we always get everyone else’s software that’s slightly adapted to us and it’s never quite right. This one originated for sand and gravel and those types of materials and you can tell the difference. The AI features eliminate the need for drivers to key everything in from each ticket and that has been a huge help not only to them, but in accuracy on our back office. The reporting area still needs some work, but to make up for that their team has been quick and responsive to generate custom reports that we have needed to assist our management of operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team at Tread is always updating an already amazing platform for bulk haulers. Prior to using Tread we were two weeks from invoicing our customers, fast forward to today we can invoice the next day or same day if needed! Paperless E-ticketing is amazing too, no more drivers losing paperwork or office staff having to file it away. Integrations like their fuel surcharge index has helped us streamline processes as well. The default times and dates have caused a few issues simply because those fields have been passed over by users and have created some issues when not adjusted by the dispatch team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tread integrates with our scale system and provides quicker load totals than any other platform that is tied to Apex. It also has a mobile dispatch App that allows us to manage trucks while not at a computer or office. Additionally, the payroll approval, report & upload has saved my team hours of entry time per day. There are many features I like best about Tread Bulk Materials. One of the biggest is how easily I can bill my customers and pay my vendors with just a few clicks.
