Tread Bulk Materials Dispatch Software

(7)4.6/5

Tread is a dispatch, e-ticketing and billing software for bulk materials, built for material producers, hauling fleets and civil contractors. One platform takes every load from quote to invoice. Your whole operation works in one place, including third-party haulers. Dispatchers send jobs to your whole fleet at once and track every truck live on a map. Drivers capture digital tickets in the Tread app. If a load finishes without its ticket, the AI Ticket Chaser texts the driver and uploads the photo they send back. AI review then flags ticket problems before they slow down billing. Customers and foremen in the field see job progress in real time, which means fewer calls and fewer disputes. More than 10,000 drivers run on Tread every day, and teams save 4+ hours a day on dispatch and billing. Tread connects to QuickBooks and pulls digital scale tickets from Command Alkon, WEM and Astec. It gets live truck locations from more than 50 telematics providers, including Motive and Samsara, and live paver positions from Paver Tracker. Approved billing exports to Sage 300, Vista, Foundation, Spectrum and HCSS. An open API and webhooks connect Tread to any other system. Tread helps you approve loads faster and get paid sooner.
