It’s very convenient and insightful to view a timeline with different colors indicating productivity levels (green for high activity, yellow for normal, and red for low). I like that it’s not very intrusive. There are no screenshots, keyloggers or other spying methods. We used Traqq to track time for a couple of our design projects. It really helped me understand where my time goes (for example, I found out that communication with the team takes more time than I thought) and better estimate time for future projects. I really liked the offline tracking feature that allowed me to track time even when I had Wi-Fi issues. The interface is intuitive, and tracking time is very easy with the start/stop button. The only thing I’d really love to see is a mobile app. There are moments when I’m working from my phone, whether replying to emails or managing client requests, and it would be useful to track that time directly.
