I personally used it for my project of video and audio conversion to text conversion and I must say that it is one of the best application for this purpose. The customer service is good enough. It is very user friendly. **What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?** The cons of Transperfect Services is nothing as such but one of the downside of Transperfect application is that it is a bit time taking process.It takes a bit of a time to do it's tasks which gets quite irritating sometimes. **What problems is TransPerfect Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transperfect is an out of the box application which is has multiuse features. One of my problems which is solved by Transperfect services is data translation. I was personally working on some audio and video conversion to text and this application really helped me to do so. ### 3. Inexpensive and contract free pricing and fiarly scalable. Our contact center volume is relatively low (vs giant call centers) and the non-English patron volume is only a fraction of that. So Transperfect is an excellent implementation partner for that. **What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?** Admin website, financing, invoices and anything backend is wildly outdated and archaic. Customer support, billing, is extremely slow to respond. **What problems is TransPerfect Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing translation services for chat/email/phone contact center(s). we have several contact centers with staffing under 20+ per. We no longer have to provide additional language hires or manage in house translation ### 5. TransPerfect's policies are also clear, as soon as the job is confirmed, the translator will receive the PO immediately, and uploading the invoice is also extremely easy and simple. **What do you dislike about TransPerfect Services?** Invoice payment at TransPerfect is quite slow and the fees are very high. Currently there is still no payoneer integration or more advanced form of payment. TransPerfect will only pay in dollars, which is quite restrictive for a company that operates globally. **Recommendations to others considering TransPerfect Services:** In general, I am quite satisfied working with TransPerfect, unlike other companies that always set extremely low prices to entice customers and then exploit translators. TransPerfect has a reasonable rate for translators to feel satisfied and enough to cover their lives. **What problems is TransPerfect Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** TransPerfect specializes in providing translation and interpretation services with stable quality and fast delivery.
