-Its very easy to use and the UI is very beginner friendly.
-Reporting feature and coaching tool is very effective for personal development

It's Easy to audit Calls and giving feedback. Less Time taken . Also agents are listening their calls easily from their system. It's really amazing to work with Transmon .

There is no any points for disliking . But I have one issue that sometimes work too much slow and  Unable to download the reports and all. But all transmon employees help so frankly.

Transmon is solving all the problems of like every option is available we can do hygiene audit , find the ACPT ,also we can conduct a  PKT , dip check we can did from transmon. So nothing is manual to do .

The best part of Transmon is the user-friendly application, Customized, and saves QA time in audits & Feedback. Many options like ATA, Calibration, PKT, and briefing are useful. The Transmon team is supportive always and helpful when we connect with them for help.

Some times the audit sheet refresh while saving the data which will make us repeat the audit again by filling all the data.
