Trainzo Reviews & Product Details

Trainzo is coaching software for personal trainers and fitness coaches. Coaches use the web dashboard and the coach app to build workouts and multi-week programmes from a library of 2,000+ exercises, assign them to one client or many, and follow every set their clients log. Clients get their own iPhone and Android app: today's workout, set logging in kg or lb, daily habits with streaks, goals, weekly check-in forms, weigh-ins, progress photos and messaging with photos and voice notes. Coaches see who needs them today, review check-ins, send one message to many clients, schedule messages and run automations that keep in touch. One login works for coaching and training, and a client can train with several coaches, each in their own private space. Built for solo coaches and growing coaching businesses. Free for up to 3 clients; paid plans from $19 per month.
